Right Now

This is the system that Fasthosts uses to log, track and interact with customer support queries, this does include how they access knowledge base articles and receive our NPS surveys. When a customer submits a support ticket via the control panel it will appear on the right now queue for an agent to pick up and try and resolve the issue for the customer. Agents can use Rightnow to enter any contact details from any calls or chats they have had with the customer
